The Wiltshire Pension Fund ensures all pension benefits are paid correctly, on a timely basis and in line with the scheme regulations. It manages the relationships with the Funds 180+ scheme employers, overseeing the admission and cessation of these organisations.
As an Employer Liaison Officer, you will promote and facilitate effective relationships and working arrangements between Wiltshire Pension Fund and its 180+ employers. You will act as a specialist adviser to the Fund and Scheme employers on all pension related employer issues, such as employer transfer/TUPEs, cessations, accounting, charging and communications.
We are proud to offer flexible and remote working arrangements and are happy to discuss what this might look like with prospective candidates. Though initially you will be required to be in the office every day for training and then reduce this to 2/3 days a week (pro rata for part time).
