Location: Westerham, Kent

Salary:£26000 to £34000

Pearson Whiffin is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join A thriving nursery in the Westerham area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management and operation of the nursery
Ensure high-quality childcare provision that meets all regulatory requirements
Lead and support a team of early years practitioners
Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the nursery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education and Care
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent role in a nursery setting
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Passionate about child development and early years education
Strong organizational and time management abilities
