Generous fostering allowance average of £27,000 per annum (paid every 4 weeks)

Becoming a foster carer may be a suitable fit for teaching assistants, teachers, healthcare professionals, ex-police officers and ex-armed forces personnel. This list is not exhaustive.
Requirements:
- Over the age of 21 years
- Have a permanent spare bedroom
- Have the right to remain in the UK
- Genuine passion for improving the lives of children
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and the ability to manage changing situations
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting

Daily Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high standards of care.
- Advocate for the child's well-being and development.
- Create a loving, caring, and stable environment for children to explore their interests and reach their educational and life potential.
