CNC Miller / CNC Turner
Salary: DOE
Monday to Friday - 8 hour days
Location: Speke
My client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced CNC Miller's and Turners to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.
CNC Miller / CNC Turner
- Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience
- Proven track record of programming, setting and operating
- Must be time served and should possess minimum GCSE and City and Guilds/ONC qualifications
- Have proven experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Able to work pro-actively to improve productivity
- Previous experience on manual lathes (Colchester)
· Changeover, set and operate Haas/Citizen machines Sliding head experience preferrable
- Assembly awareness, focus on detail and precision
- Keen to learn
- Flexible with excellent attendance and timekeeping
CNC Miller / CNC Turner
· Programme, set and operate all CNC machines
· Changeover, set and operate milling / turning machines, Haas preferred
· Communicate professionally
· Able to read engineering drawings
· Work to deadlines
· Work unsupervised and on own initiative
· Inline section of production runs against route cards and relevant drawings to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
· Good housekeeping and H & S conscious
