We are looking for a Change Manager to join one of our established London Market insurers to work across a portfolio of strategic change initiatives.
You will play a key role in contributing to the overall change vision and ensure it is successfully adopted by the business.
You'll be great for this role if you:
- Have proven experience with Change Management methodologies.
- Can effectively manage stakeholders and communicate across all levels.
- Have experience delivering transformational change across people, systems, and processes.
- Are familiar with Agile and PRINCE II project management approaches.
- Have experience working within the insurance industry, preferably in the London Market.
This is a permanent position paying circa £75,000-£90,000 per annum + benefits with hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the client's City based office).
