Job Title: Legal Counsel

Location: East Yorkshire

Salary: up to £60k basic

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office p/week)

Having placed the Head of Legal at this TMT business last year, CapeClarke has been exclusively engaged to source a new Legal Counsel to help with the growth of the business and the team.

In the role, you’ll be responsible for the following:

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts
Liaising with key stakeholders in the business and ensuring legal risks are managed correctly
Maintaining legal systems & processes
Assisting with other ad-hoc legal support such as DP, Corporate, Employment Property as and when required

The ideal candidate will be:

Qualified Solicitor or CILEx
Demonstrable experience in a commercial contract focused role
An ambitious mentality with a willingness to learn and develop new skills in the role
