Commercial Property – Solicitor – Salary- up to £60,000 Depending on Experience
The Role
This is an excellent chance to become part of a respected, contemporary, and vibrant law firm that is experiencing growth and seeks to enhance its office network by expanding its commercial property team in Lancashire.
The firm has built an impressive reputation across Northern England, known for its exceptional client service and high-quality results in both the commercial and private sectors. To support its growth strategy, the firm is seeking to hire an additional Commercial Property Solicitor (3-6 PQE) to strengthen the existing Commercial Property team.
The Candidate
- A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years PQE
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
