Account Manager

Smart Solutions are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee the recruitment, compliance, performance, and payroll of our agency's flexible workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery by managing our team on-site and maintaining strong relationships with the client. You will also work closely with the client to ensure their needs are met and exceed expectations, delivering outstanding service at all times.

Overview
- You will support the smooth running of the facilities.
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the client, ensuring outstanding service delivery
- Managing the onsite flexible workforce, including staff rota’s, sickness, holiday and processing timesheets.
- Recruiting flexible workers and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times.
- Completing weekly payroll
- Carry out onsite inductions when required.
- Manage compliance and employee records.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction and to uphold the Company’s reputation for excellent service and compliance
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
You will be required to attend ad-hoc first day check in of employees from time to time, so some flexibility regarding start times will be required - working hours of those particular days will be adjusted accordingly

Skills & Experience Required
- Agency recruitment experience essential.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Relevant industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
