Real Estate - Newly Qualified/ Associate Solicitor - £57,000 - £70,000 salary
This is a superb opportunity to join a national Legal 500 firm in their award winning Corporate Real Estate team, to work on a varied caseload covering all aspects of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the retail, leisure and logistics sectors.
The firm is recognised nationally for providing legal advice and solutions to a client base consisting of large multinationals and FTSE 100 clients. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate offering, they are keen to speak with qualified solicitors with 0-6 years experience wanting to develop and thrive within an exciting, quality-focused environment.
The established Real Estate team, many of whom are ranked as leading individuals in The Chambers, cover a variety of real estate services including landlord & tenant work, as well as other general property matters.
The Candidate
- Commercial Property Lawyer with 0-6 years post-qualification experience from a national firm
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong academic background
- A passion for business development
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
