Vinci Facilities is a leading Facilities Management business and we have just been awarded a new contract to deliver facilities management services for Lincolnshire County Council. You will join the Commercial Team on this PFI contract as a Quantity Surveyor managing the monthly account CVR reporting and day to day procurement, and additional support on contractor procurement across the wide Business Unit.

This is not a site visit based position.
The opportunity:
• Ensures the efficient overall commercial and financial management of the assigned projects/region in a professional and ethical manner adhering to commercial guidelines, established best practice and company standards.
• Ensures timely & accurate submission of contract commercial deliverables
• Contribute to maximising the potential growth and development of the business.
• Ensures execution of commercial activities of the project/region to ensure the objectives are met or exceeded.
• Provides clear and accurate data for reporting the commercial performance of the project/region.
Job details:
• Develop cost options for projects as required
• Ensure that tender/quotation packages are prepared & sent out in accordance with the tender strategy
• Advise on the selection of the supply chain for a project
• Ensure the selected supply chain are selected in accordance with company procedures & contract strategy
• Ensure supply chain tenders / quotations are robustly evaluated and meet with the requirements of the project
• Ensure the development and submission of accurate Firm Price submissions - including Risk Register, Tender Analysis and Tender Report
• Monitor the submission of Firm Prices against the Contract KPI’s
• Liaise with construction team and submit realistic programme for the project
Experience
Strong financial experience background
Either AAT qualified or a relevant QS degree
