Job Opportunity: Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive – 5+ PQE / Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join a top 500 legal firm in Coventry. This role offers strong prospects for career growth, with the potential to lead to a Head of Department position. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and play a key role in a well-established team, all while enjoying flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds).
- Handle lease extensions and auction transactions.
- Supervise junior fee earners and support staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, as well as regulatory standards.
- Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues.
- Adhere to the firm’s policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing, including complex cases.
- In-depth knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
- Familiarity with CQS and panel memberships.
- Business development skills to attract and retain clients.
- Strong IT skills and ability to adapt to system developments for improved efficiency.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and other professionals.
