What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️ Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and collaborate with our warehouse team to ensure smooth, timely fulfillment.
⭐️ Invoicing: Manage and issue invoices, ensuring every transaction is documented and processed without a hitch.
⭐️ Credit Control: Oversee payment collections, track outstanding invoices, and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
⭐️Bookkeeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and keep an eye on company expenses.
⭐️ Office Management: Keep the office in tip-top shape by managing supplies, organising documents, and ensuring a productive workspace.
⭐️ Founders’ Support: Provide essential admin support to the CEO & Managing Director, helping them focus on growing the business.
⭐️ Organisational Wizardry: You excel at juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
⭐️Attention to Detail: Whether it's financial records or office management, accuracy is your middle name.
⭐️ Tech Savvy: You know your way around bookkeeping and invoicing software (experience with Xero or Unleashed is a big plus!).
⭐️ Great Communicator: You’re a pro at both written and verbal communication.
⭐️ Self-Starter: You’re proactive, conscientious, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
