We are pleased to be working with a long standing client as they look for a Senior HR Advisor. After another fantastic year they are looking to grow their team. Working under an experianced HR director, this role offers a unique chance to be a key part of the HR function within one of Wiltshire's biggest businesses. It’s an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking valuable experience for progression and development.

This role would suit a confident, resilient HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner who enjoys building great working relationships. This will be a broad and varied HR Generalist role and key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day to day delivery of HR services and administration in line with agreed policy/procedures.

Working to improve and develop HR services to meet organisational needs; minimising requirements for HR administration by streamlining processes.

Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR issues, and on policies and procedures. Follow up pro-actively, using a collaborative approach, to find solutions and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
