Compass Associates are delighted to be representing a valued client in the hire of an exceptional interim Director of Clinical Services for a private hospital in the Brighton region .Whist this role is initially interim there is potential for it to go permanent long term.
The client, a private provider of healthcare are seeking a candidate with a passion for delivering the best quality in the sector, they are seeking a candidate that would be available with a fairly immediate start date with previous experience of senior quality clinical management in the private or NHS surgical hospital sector.
Due to the nature of the role is is essential that you have previous experience of working as a director of clinical services or equivalent level in a private hospital and hold a current nursing or ODP registration.
Essential Experience
Experienced in acute clinical services and delivery of acute care
- Previous experience within a managerial role, responsible for multiple departments
- Experience of Performance Management of staff
- Demonstrable experience of motivating and developing staff to ensure reduced staff turnover
- Experience of improving patient pathways for better overall outcomes in care
- Knowledge of the legislation and standards of relevant healthcare regulators CQC, etc
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control
My client are seeking a candidate with immediate availability to start, they will consider candidates on an interim basis, this could be day rate or a fixed salary.
