Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to clients.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Manage and support a team of care staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our two clients receive the highest level of care tailored to their individual needs. You will work closely with a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding care. Your leadership will help create an environment where both staff and clients feel valued and respected.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a compassionate nature, and relevant experience in autism and learning disabilities. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is preferred.
