Salary up to £36,500 based on experience

Are you a passionate chef ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a dynamic Deputy Head Chef to join their award-winning catering team. With over 40 years of experience and operating at some of the UK’s top venues, this is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, high-profile environment!

What You’ll Do:

Lead food production and delivery for a variety of exciting events
Collaborate with Senior Head Chefs to plan and execute outstanding menus
Supervise and develop a talented team of chefs, porters, and agency staff
Maintain high food safety and quality standards
Manage costs, wastage, and labour to keep within budget

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role
NVQ Level 3 or City Guilds 7062 qualification
Intermediate hygiene certification
Strong leadership skills with a passion for food
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Full driving license and own transport (desirable)
