Flexographic Printer.
Experience of operating Bobst presses is desirable but not required.
You will enjoy a continental shift pattern working 12.25 hour shifts, 5.45am to 6 pm or 5.45pm to 6am, working 7 days over a 2-week pattern.
A highly competitive pay rate per hour, depending on experience and departmental responsibility, plus a quarterly site bonus scheme. Overtime at time and a half is available where required.
As a qualified printer, you will be responsible for the following:
· Setting up and running an 8-colour flexographic printing press
· Monitoring and controlling print quality
· Optimising press speeds
· Efficiently dealing with print faults
· Highlighting print defects through print manager
· Managing ink levels
· Accurately capturing data
· Enhancing knowledge and training within the department
· Complying with site procedures
· Maintaining good housekeeping on the presses
