Former Tenant Arrears Officer
Salary – up to £15,635 per annum
18.5 Hours per week

The role of Former Tenant Arrears Officer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a high level of service is provided to our internal and external customers
- Achieving challenging targets working in a high performing team
- Driving income collection and resolve outstanding issues
- Debt recovery and responding to debtor’s queries, including former tenants’ arrears, garage arrears and rechargeable repairs
- Taking enforcement action as and when necessary
The skills, knowledge & experience required;
- Ideally with some working knowledge of debt recovery
- Previously worked in the social housing sector is desirable
- Excellent communications skills
- Empathy for individuals in financial difficulty.
- A full driving licence and vehicle are essential for this post
