An exceptional opportunity is available for a Commercial Associate to join a leading Top 100 regional law firm.
Role
You will join the firm’s renowned commercial & technology practice advising on a wide range of high quality commercial and technology projects. The team are top ranked for IT as well as corporate and commercial in the Legal 500 with further rankings for commercial contracts, data protection, franchising, insurance and competition.
You will advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, advisory, IT and digital business related work. This includes advising on commercial contracts relating to competition, consumer law, data protection and franchising matters. There is a particular client focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and technology.
Much of what the team do has a cross border dimension with a significant focus on international work.
You
The firm are able to accommodate a variety of experiences and aspirations. You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE with experience in commercial contracts or IT, or those with a specialist in competition or regulatory looking to broaden their practice are also encouraged to apply.
