Job Description

Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner.

This is an initial 9-month FTC, supporting the business with the operational side of Business Partnering.

Duties:

Building strong working relationships with Heads of Departments / Line managers
Be a trusted adviser to Heads of Department to deliver improved performance
Providing good counsel and pragmatic advice on people related matters
Advising on employee relations, performance management and structure & succession planning
Support the HR Manager and wider HR, L&D and Recruitment team to deliver key projects within the HR plan and People strategy to deliver continuous improvement across the generalist HR remit
Support change initiatives from an HR perspective
Monitor and work with L&D to improve compliance with statutory training in departments

Skills/Qualifications:

CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified
Relevant HR experience gained in large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model organisation, working with SLT to create positive business outcomes
