We are looking for a experienced litigation solicitor to assist us during a busy time - particularly to assist with trial preparation for some interesting cases. Depending on the progress of the cases, we anticipate a need for assistance of between 3 to 6 months.
You will be supporting senior associates, a legal director and partners on a range of tasks related mainly to a range of trial preparation work. It's fast paced but very interesting work.
You will need at least 2 years' pqe (or equivalent) of general commercial, media or other civil litigation experience which must include advanced stage trial preparation work as part of a team working on a complex case. Your experience must be gained in the UK or in similar commonwealth jurisdictions.
You also need to be available to start at very short notice - at most within a week of getting an offer and be able to attend our London office in person each week. Given the interim nature of the appointment we are open to both employment and independent consultancy arrangements (subject, naturally, to appropriate conflict and non-disclosure provisions). Ideally you will be available full-time, but we may be able to accommodate reasonable part-time arrangements if desired.
