My client is an international law firm steeped in a rich history, providing top-tier legal services to both corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. This client is currently seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment at the intersection of real estate and finance, advising on high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including property development, investment financing, and restructuring of real estate portfolios.
- Acting for lenders, borrowers, and investors on secured lending transactions involving commercial and residential real estate.
- Managing transactions from inception to completion, including liaising with internal teams, clients, and third parties to ensure the smooth running of deals.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with 1-3years PQE in real estate finance.Strong experience in advising on real estate finance transactions, particularly for lender and borrower clients.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- An interest in working on cross-border transactions is a plus.
