Do you have proven experience business partnering with senior non financial stakeholders?
Do you have experience of using multiple sources of information and analysis to create a compelling summary of the findings?
Do you have experience of answering complex business questions and creating a hypothesis for senior stakeholders?
Can you demonstrate detailed accounts of how you have influenced business decisions and impacted performance positively?
Do you have experience of managing multiple stakeholders with competing demands and in some instances tight timescales?
Do you have Finance Business Partnering experience within manufacturing, plant, logistics, distribution, depots, retail, FMCG or multi site businesses?

This is a great strategic commercial and value adding role where you are able to immerse yourself within the company and gain great exposure at a key time in their strategic plan. This is a senior and visible position working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to make an impact and drive initiatives for profitable growth. You will use your financial expertise to analyse scenarios, forecast outcomes, and delve into details to identify trends that add significant value.
The role will be tasked to provide clear and robust value add commercial reporting and insights which drive performance, improving actions and decision making in line with their strategic objectives. You will be tasked to deal with complex problems and business scenarios, and deliver compelling story telling across performance reporting.
You will also be able to demonstrate business acumen and ability to gain knowledge across the breadth of a variety of functions. Good communication skills – able to translate financial information and create successful business relationships. You will also be able to take a ‘big picture’ view with demonstrable internal consultancy and influencing skills, while possessing a keen eye for the detail
The successful applicant will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified coming from a similar commercial finance role and being able to demonstrate being an effective business partner, decision maker, having commercial awareness and being a finance lead where you have driven value add and commercial insight /benefit. Experience within the FMCG, manufacturing and/or retail sectors is essential.
You will have strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills and in particular the ability to communicate, direct, challenge and influence senior level individuals. Focussed on delivering specific objectives, you will be proactive, adaptable, dynamic and self-motivated with a desire to find and deliver improvements. In addition you will have the ability to work independently and together with other personnel both finance and non-finance.
We are looking for someone with sparkle, drive & energy to come in and really drive some significant improvement. The individual in this role needs to have strong analytical skills, business partnering and influencing skills in order to be a success in a complex area of the business with multiple stakeholders. You will have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving and analysis; delivery orientated – able to work in pressurised environments, meet multiple deadlines and manage own priorities.
