Remit:
Strategic and operational global responsibility to grow the permanent capabilities of the business. Working collaboratively with the directors to establish and then roll out a BD strategy. Grow the perm team under your direction to support delivery and future BD activity. Moving forward the business is interested in establishing a greater executive search service to the market, you will be instrumental in supporting this.
Requirements:
You'll have a proven track record in 360 permanent life science recruitment. Including, winning new business, delivering candidates to clients, account management, strategic account management and relationship building with both clients and candidates. This will be coupled with an impressive billing history and the ability to grow and lead a team of consultants. Strong values including integrity, transparency and honesty are essential.
