Portfolio Associate – Pan-European Real Estate Private Equity
The Company:
Our client is one of the top 10 real estate private equity firms with over $100 Billion AUM across their platform. They are currently one of the largest PERE business’ in the world with global reach. They are sector agnostic and are very active in the market.
Job Objective:
The successful individual will be part of a small team that has a lot of responsibility and works across multiple disciplines within the business. You will work across their UK and European Portfolio that is a mixture of offices, industrial and logistics, retail, data centres and residential. You will be part of a team that is wide ranging in their responsibilities and gain a lot of exposure. You must be analytical and have strong financial modelling capability. You would work with the deal team on deals and will be very closely linked with the capital raising in certain funds. As well as the portfolio management of the current portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Being able to build and develop financial analysis of the fund models.
- You will have an analyst under you and be responsible for them.
- Reviewing and monitoring the performance and business plans of existing assets.
- Being able to work strongly with senior members of the team across the board.
- To manage and control asset site inspections.
- To be able to work with other areas of the business such as asset management etc to pull together relevant analysis.
- To be able to analyse potential acquisition opportunities.
- Review important reports.
- Update surveys, market research and relevant industry content.
- Assist with Due diligence.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years experience
- Educated to degree level (preferably in business, finance or real estate).
- Advanced modelling skills.
- Excellent report writing.
- Very strong attention to detail.
Remuneration:
The role is paying a competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus benefits and bonus.
