Residential Conveyancer – Ipswich
Oculus Legal Group, in close partnership with a highly reputable East Anglian practice, is excited to be assisting with the appointment of a Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive into their Residential Conveyancing team in Ipswich.
Role Responsibilities
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of Property matters, including:
- Manage a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, and new builds)
- Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, and regulatory standards
- Share best practices and knowledge with colleagues
- Adhere to the firm's detailed policies and procedures
Person Specification
I am keen to speak with Conveyancers with demonstrable experience in Residential Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Good understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process;
- Experienced conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing;
- Excellent business development skills;
