Job Title: Senior Project Professional – Delivery

Salary: £40,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:
\n
- \n
- Lead monitoring activity within the Barrow site facilities, recording progress and making adjustments to the Build Status report\n
- Assist other facility leads on reporting activity where applicable \n
- Attend fortnightly walkarounds, reporting back to the team any issues/risks and carry out ad-hoc spot checks on facilities\n
- Measure build performance to identify areas for improvement\n
- Assist BPM’s with Dreadnought Weekly update report\n
- Analyse key delivery dates on historical submarine data to better understand the performance of build in the future\n
- Assist cash claims process, providing report to the Build Project Manager on recommendations for sign off\n
- Be responsible for change management \n
- Oversee the creation of business cases with the support of the Design and Build Project Manager\n

Your skills and experiences:
\n
- \n
- Have experience of working within a complex manufacturing industry and/or on complex projects within multi-million pound value\n
- Hold good stakeholder management and engagement experiences \n
- Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices)\n
- Have developed communication and diplomacy skills\n
\n

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dreadnought Alliance Design & Build team, supporting the Dreadnought Programme. Monitoring build activities, identifying risks and opportunities, as well as their impact on the Programme, will be key responsibilities. The depth of exposure within the team will enhance your development in the area of Submarine production & contract management.
