Reporting to Creative Director
The Designer will be responsible for ideating and delivering marketing design content, inclusive of email, printed materials and collaborating on landing pages. They will create impactful and effective email creative campaigns. They will utilise, support and maintain a database of design templates in Figma for key systems like email, landing pages and static ads that work within our design system.
They will help the Creative Director build and refine the design system for marketing content alongside in partnership with the Product Design team. Becoming a key guardian of the brand style guide. They will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ideate on briefs and deliver creative, working especially closely with the Retention team. This role will champion mobile first design thinking as well as bring a deep focus on our customer and their behaviour.
What success looks like in your first 6 months
- Deliver high performing best in class emails
- Supported the rollout an improved Figma design system for our emails
- Aided our landing page design strategy with the product designers
- Scale and improve our printed / DM deliverables
- Supported ideation and strategy work with the Retention team
- Aided localisation growth across key markets like France and the US
Your responsibilities
- Designing emails, landing pages, social and direct mail creative.
- Present ideas and projects to key stakeholders.
- Gate keeps the brand guidelines and identity.
- Contribute to ideation sessions and develop creative from concept to delivery.
- Artworking assets as needed for multiple languages.
What you bring to the team
- Strong experience designing with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
- Clear communication skills and strong collaborative mindset.
- You are an Innovator with experience in ideation and pushing briefs.
- Customer mindset - understand and champion the customer
- Data oriented with a scientific awareness of performance.
- Experience working In-house or agency.
Nice to have
- Experience of multi language content creation for emails and landing pages.
- Motion / 3D design knowledge.
