Technical Sales Engineer - South West England - £45,000+ - Great Commission & Other Benefits!!
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our client’s expanding team in the Southwest of England. In this role, you will drive sales growth by building relationships with key customers and providing technical expertise in the agricultural and precision farming sectors. Role:
- Identify market opportunities and develop profitable sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key decision-makers.
- Develop and nurture business relationships with dealer partners to expand sales.
- Manage sales records and customer interactions via the CRM system.
- Provide technical support to new and existing customers on RTK products and services.
- Collaborate with the engineering team for network development, including base station installations and audits.
- Promote the brand through social media, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, maximizing revenue and customer retention.
Salary/Benefits:
- £45,000+ per year (negotiable based on experience)

Skills/Experience:
- Proven sales experience within the agricultural or ag-tech industry.
- Ability to develop and manage sales accounts and customer relationships.

- Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely while meeting targets.
