Apparel Designer – ST95
The Brand
In a departure from previous Massimo Osti lines, ST95 emerged as a collection designed with the younger consumer in mind. It featured a carefully curated palette of limited colours, each harmoniously complementing the others. The concept behind ST95 was to empower customers to personalise their clothing, selecting their preferred colours and fabrics.
Interestingly, ST95 bore no visible signature or mention of Massimo's name, yet it quickly carved out a significant niche in the fashion market. Its commercial success was immediate, leveraging a broader distribution network to meet the soaring demand for the sportswear that Massimo had masterfully crafted over the years with his previous brands.

The Position
Based in Manchester, you will be confident and culturally aware, with the ability to develop design concepts from the ground up, where storytelling and design will be at the core of your work, leading creative design of the ST95 product collections and contributing to its creative positioning and presentation.
The role will have a mix of creative direction, hands-on product design and future idea development, so you will be leading the product design for all collections, working with the Sourcing and Production team to meet the needs of the brand but also having a hand in the marketing direction and presentation of the brand, to both key wholesale customers and end consumers.
You’ll be able to take a strategic view of the brand and its future direction, using market and consumer insight, to amplify its differentiation but also, you’ll have a keen eye for detail, with an understanding of how to translate the creative design elements into actual product that will excite its audience.
You will have a real passion for premium fashion brands, and a healthy appetite in keeping abreast of global fashion trends and influences.
What We’re Looking For
An engaged Designer who is passionate about great design, looking for an opportunity to make a real difference with our, re-emerging brand that has great provenance but able to translate this into concepts and designs that resonate with a young, culturally aware audience.
We would like to see examples of your work, demonstrating your understanding of the progressive technical sportswear, market, coupled with forward thinking fashion design influences.
With a minimum of 2 years work in a similar role and market, you will be really ambitious and want to have a real, hands-on and strategic influence on the direction of the ST95 brand.
