About the Role: This role is within the Enterprise Team, focused on our online competitions platform, Win Happy. The role reports to the Performance Marketing Director. We have grown revenues significantly in the last 2 years and are now investing in new additions to the marketing team to drive that growth even further.

Key Responsibilities: As the first PPC expert in our team, you will manage the PPC strategy and delivery across the Bauer Media Enterprise Competitions. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Director to define and deliver our paid strategy, refining our approach across our channel mix.
You will:
- Manage paid digital campaigns across multiple brands and channels, from brief through to post campaign analysis
- Optimise campaigns daily to ensure budgets are invested as effectively as possible, delivering maximum performance and ROI
- Regularly report on campaign performance
- Stakeholder management – internal and external – informing on current campaign performance as well as future opportunities
- Liaise with other team members to ensure plans are achievable and on track
- Identify new areas for growth
- Produce engaging and best in class paid content that really brings to life our competitions
- Become the subject matter expert in PPC, offering training and guidance to marketing teams across Bauer
What We’re Looking For:
- You’ll need proven digital marketing experience, with evidence of success from previous campaigns and results
- Experience of working in a PPC role in an ecommerce environment is essential
- Strong focus on meeting commercial targets
- Proven track record in digital channels (paid search, paid social and/or programmatic)
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager along with Google Ads
- Extensive experience of leading and managing multiple projects
- Stakeholder management experience, with examples of the diverse stakeholders and competing interests you have managed successfully
- Analytical capability with experience of using a range of analytics tools, including Google Analytics
- Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting techniques
