My client is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their growing team In Brighton. In this role, you will be driving always-on customer acquisition campaigns by identifying top-performing channels, setting goals, audience targeting, implementing automation, and defining KPIs and budgets. Day to day you will be managing, executing, and optimising Paid Social strategies for larger integrated marketing campaigns while delivering insightful reports on campaign performance. You will be expected to design, implement, and optimise campaign experiments for continuous learning, ensuring measurable insights and improvements. In this role you will be engaging directly with social networks to leverage platform capabilities, test new campaign ideas, and explore growth opportunities. Whilst in the role you will oversee the transition of Paid Social campaign management to the Social Team, offering guidance and training for smooth handover. You will be monitoring and analysing key digital marketing metrics across all channels, driving data-driven optimisations.
