As Account Manageryou’ll be the point of contact for your clients, from understanding briefs to building valued relationships that grow and flourish. You’ll be responsible for managing branding and digital projects, scoping work, collaborating with the design studio to seamlessly plan workflow, and ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects on time, on brief and within budget.
Responsibilities of this Account Manager include –
- Manage campaigns and projects from brief to completion
- Day-to-day client communication and liaison, providing feedback and managing expectations
- Write client proposals and define the creative brief, deliver briefs to the studio, quality check completed work, and provide feedback on creative against the brief
- Work closely with internal teams including Design, Digital and Copy
- Plan workflow - project manage and plan workload through the studio, and build realistic project plans that enable deadlines to be met
- Manage and take responsibility for the profitability of client’s accounts through effective financial planning and monthly invoicing
About you
You’re currently an Account Manager or Project Manager, with agency-side experience, working on print and digital projects and campaigns, seeking your next challenge.
