This company sells a software solution into the recruitment industry, and despite being relatively new to market, they've already won business, proved product-market fit and have ambitious plans to continue to grow. Their solution helps larger recruitment businesses to save time and generate more revenue through their AI & automation tools.
After strong investment and having an experienced, driven sales leader join them at the helm, they're now looking to hire two Account Executives to drive new business.
Not only do they offer an attractive package of a competitive basic and double OTE, but also the potential for share options down the line and the chance to be part of a founding sales team. They work 2 days a week in Chelmsford.
The Role
- Managing the full sales-cycle from prospecting to close
- Selling into the recruitment sector, predominantly mid-sized & larger recruitment businesses
- Speaking with C-Suite level personas
- Meeting monthly and quarterly targets
- Working closely with the Managing Director
Who You Are
- Closing experience within SaaS
- Ideally experience selling into the recruitment sector (desired but not must-have)
- Hungry and energetic, with a willingness to work for a growing start-up
- Comfortable managing a full 360 sales process from prospecting to close
- Motivated and driven
