A multi-office Legal 200 and top tier Legal 500 firm is looking to bring an experienced Solicitor or Conveyancing Professional into their thriving team. This firm focuses on HNW and UHNW clients across the Thames Valley and West London area, with a diverse caseload of residential purchases and sales, leases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Residential Property matters including purchases and sales, leases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Assist senior Solicitors and team Partners on complex matters including small developments, matrimonial property transactions, charity matters, and specialist property probate and trust work.
- Representing HNW and UHNW individuals in a professional and fully compliant manner.
- Research appropriate case law, technical matters, and legal precedents to progress matters.
- Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.
Skills and Experience:
- UK qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal executive, ideally of 2-4 years’ PQE (other levels will be considered).
- Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters in a reputable firm.
- History of excellence, dealing with good quality matters and meeting targets relative to salary.
- Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail
- A strong interest in residential property and internal progression.
