My client - a leading global advisory firm, wants to bolster its successful Restructuring and Insolvency Practice.
They are hiring two new Managing Directors (Partner level) for their London team. One will focus on Restructuring, and the other will need to be an Insolvency Practitioner.
The Managing Director's role in the restructuring team will involve originating new clients who need urgent financial recovery or business turnaround expertise and overseeing the delivery team to ensure the best result for the client. Clients include banks, shareholders, business owners, and private investors. The team focuses on the mid-large corporate end of the market and has recently completed a number of cross-border transactions.
The Insolvency Practitioner Mandate is looking for an MD to work alongside the large restructuring team to offer local expertise to their established practice. Someone skilled at dealing with discreet and high-profile insolvency cases.
My client is open-minded about whether they recruit a Director, Executive Director, Managing Director, Associate Partner, or Partner. They are ideally looking for someone with a degree and a professional qualification in either accountancy or insolvency, probably with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
The compensation is from £250,000+ depending on experience, and a market-leading bonus.
