Interim- Chief Product Officer
Central London - FTC 8 month
Salary- Up to £170,000-£240,000 Pro Rata for the duration of the contract
Formula is partnering with an exciting global entertainment company who are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Chief Product Officer to help set the global product strategy, define the product frameworks and make a huge impact on their Product function.
As the Interim CPO, you will drive product innovation across their digital hub, champion customer experience excellence, and revenue growth across a global portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions whilst keeping the customer at the forefront of all decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Create and execute a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, focusing on long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of creativity, encouraging the team to embrace innovation and challenge the status quo to deliver forward-thinking products.
- Customer Experience Focus: Lead efforts to improve customer journeys across all touchpoints, both digital and physical. Use customer feedback and data insights to continuously enhance products and experiences.
- Maximising Revenue: Identify opportunities to optimize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new product launches, while enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify trends that will shape future product development.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing market analysis and competitive research, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product development and integration.
- Digital and Agile Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives and promote agile methodologies to accelerate product delivery and drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership and Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Provide growth opportunities and ensure the team has the tools and resources to succeed.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee product development budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
