As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in negotiating costs, drafting bills of costs, points of dispute, and preparing cases for detailed assessment. In this senior team leader position, you will also be responsible for supervising a small team of costs advisors, providing regular training, support, and guidance.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in all aspects of the litigation process for Detailed Assessment/Standard Costs, including negotiating costs (both recovery and opposing) with a strong understanding of budgeting.
- Experienced in leading and motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of client care.
- Strong legal acumen and leadership abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and effective communication with both team members and external contacts.
