What you’ll be doing
Join us as our Growth Marketing Manager and be on a fast track to become our Head of Growth! You’ll be an integral part of a vibrant team poised to transform our already profitable Growth Marketing framework for Gaia (formerly Socially Recruited).
We are looking for a visionary…someone who is data-obsessed and thrives on experimenting with new techniques to drive remarkable improvements in lead generation and conversion.
This role offers an ideal blend of strategic oversight and hands-on experimentation, providing you with the autonomy to test, learn, and deploy strategies that push the boundaries of digital marketing.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to shape, build and grow our Growth Marketing team. This is an accelerated pathway to become a Head of Growth and part of the Marketing leadership squad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Innovation: Spearhead the evolution of our growth marketing strategies, focusing on scalability and sustainability. Use your expertise to refine or even reshape our approach, introduce groundbreaking tactics, and significantly enhance our market penetration.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Harness comprehensive data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation for our ICPs. Lead a culture of experimentation, where testing new ideas and adopting agile techniques are not just encouraged but expected.
- Advanced Paid Social Campaigns: Take charge of our paid social campaigns across a variety of platforms, with a special focus on LinkedIn, ensuring they deliver high-quality MQLs efficiently through our sales funnel.
- Cold Outbound Wizardry: Design and refine cold outbound email campaigns that are not only innovative but also measurable, with clear KPIs that link directly to business outcomes.
- Automation and Systems Integration: Utilise and enhance our HubSpot automations, creating seamless integrations that funnel and track all marketing leads directly from source into targeted marketing campaigns, that convert through the sales pipeline.
- Lead and Inspire: Build and mentor a team of world class growth marketers and lead gen gurus, fostering a collaborative environment that is all about growth, innovation and recognition.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in transforming growth marketing strategies with a solid focus on data-driven decision making and lead generation.
- Tech Savvy: An expert in leveraging CRM and digital marketing tools to automate and streamline processes, particularly with HubSpot, Zapier and Webflow (our new website’s CMS).
- Analytical Prowess: A passion for numbers! You live and breathe data, and love to analyse, segment, see actionable insights, and adapt strategies to meet evolving market trends and company goals.
- Leadership and Vision: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving ambitious growth objectives. These attributes will also help you to become our next Head of Growth.
