Personal Assistant Role in London for an Ask Laura Member
Job Description
Our Member is looking for a proactive, dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to support their family with international properties including London and the Hamptons. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing appointments, coordinating dinners at home, and assisting with paperwork. Additionally, you will provide support with staff management for the three houses located in different locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing appointments and other administrative tasks for the family
- Assisting with household paperwork
- Assisting with staff management for properties in London, and the Hamptons
- Communicating effectively with staff members and coordinating tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English, conversational Spanish or French
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per year (+ bonus opportunities)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Member's London Home in Chelsea
