My client has been experiencing phenomenal year-on-year growth so the time has come to bring on board a hard-working & vibrant Sales Development Representative to play an instrumental role in their growth plans.
My client provides assessment centre software, for virtual and face-to-face assessment centres & interviews. Their Digital Assessment Centre Platform streamlines the assessment centre process with a completely paperless approach, allowing for digital efficiency; saving both time, money and resources.
The team work collectively and collaboratively together and this role offers you the opportunity to work very closely with the Business Development Director, allowing you to learn from one of the best in the business, whilst being in the driving seat when it comes to advancing your career.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. This role suits someone with a minimum of eight months of experience in a BDR role. This role will follow the traditional nature of all BDR-required activities and is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time.
Salary levels will be dependent on experience but realistic base salaries of £35,000 - £50,000 with an uncapped commission model on top.
Responsibilities
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, LinkedIn and emails
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
- Identify & Qualify client needs & challenges.
- Build relationships with potential customers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Collaborate with an Account Executive on strategic prospecting
- Develop your sales skills
- Report to the BDR Manager on activity and pipeline
- Hit or exceed monthly meeting targets
