We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team in London. As a Marketing Manager, you will bring knowledge and experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, and will be responsible for driving traffic, brand awareness and lead generation across our digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast moving, ambitious organisation, with the chance to grow and expand your role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Grow GPI’s digital presence on social media (LinkedIn).
- Create content for GPI’s social channels, website, blog, and emails.
- Track, measure and report on all digital marketing initiatives against specified metrics.
- Collaborate across the business to create joint marketing material.
- Develop an overarching content strategy and produce valuable and engaging content.
- Identify, assess, and make recommendations on marketing opportunities (e.g. conferences, sponsorships, new technologies/tools) that contribute to overall business strategy.
- Analyse customer insights and behaviour, industry trends, and market analysis to support the build of successful campaign strategies.
- Report to senior leadership team on marketing strategy, opportunities to consider, budget sensitivities, business impact, and return on investment.
Key Subject Matter / Technical Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role for B2B platform and/or consulting services (life sciences industry is preferred but not essential)
- Marketing Degree, CIM or similar qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a willingness to learn new skills.
Software / Tools experience
- Google Ads, Google Analytics
- LinkedIn / Twitter PPC
- HubSpot CRM (bonus)
- WordPress or similar CMS
Experience
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Digitally savvy with proven success in web content development, email marketing and content optimisation
- A sense of aesthetics and an affinity for high quality copy and engaging communication
- Events management experience
- Some travel may be required for industry event
