Highly professional Learning and Development Manager sought for a leading London Market Insurer.
This is a 12 month FTC to cover maternity
You will be tasked with developing the business’ talent pipeline to ensure the asset of people have the right knowledge, skill base cultural add to grow their career.
As this role is within a regulated environment a proven track record of working within Financial Services is essential.
Daily you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Senior Managers to ensure all areas of staff development
- Managing succession planning through the early carers programme
- Working with the SLT on L&D strategy
- Assisting in the building of an inclusive culture
- Building a suite of MI to showcase ROI and training needs analysis
This role will suit an individual who has a proven track record within Learning and Development from a Financial Services background, however this role is a whole lot more. You will thrive in a function that will not only develop the employees of a business but will be integral to enhance it’s DEI and wellbeing strategy
You as the successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a real appetite for rapport building. This is a real value add role to the organisation that will have a clear footprint on the organisation
