Our dedicated Social Media department manages accounts for Film & TV, Entertainment and FMCG brands. We specialise in creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube, as well as organic and paid social management and strategy, social analytics and insights, end-to-end content creation and production.

About You
As a Social Media Manager and Strategist, you’ll possess strong expertise in the social media landscape. You will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing strategies for global, high-profile entertainment clients, particularly within the Film and TV industries. Your responsibilities will include strategising, ideating, planning, publishing and creating social content across a diverse client portfolio.
You'll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, TOV and language, and a clear vision of their creative possibilities. You will combine creative insight with innovative thinking, while maintaining strong organisational skills, composure under pressure, and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality output in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social strategy for all key channels per campaign/project, with oversight from Social Director
- Responsible for day-to-day client and account management, delivery of creative assets and social media services, with oversight from Social Director and collaboration of team members
- Ideation of social content and working alongside our design team, briefing and managing the creation of social media assets
- Plan and manage content calendars and scheduling content, writing engaging copy, captions and handling community management that aligns with platform best practice and the tone of voice of brand/project
- Responsible for the accuracy and quality control of content plans, channel management and content creation with best practice, grammatical and spelling accuracy and innovative content
- Capturing and creating social media content with native platform tools and apps
- Be overall point of client contact on your accounts and build relationship with client as a trusted advisor
- Support on campaign and social strategies and pitches alongside Social Director
- Responsible for social media reporting on your campaigns/retainers, and compiling social listening reports
- Contribute to social media brainstorms and ideation for our clients’ campaigns
- Keep up to date with social media platform news and social media trends, ensuring you always follow best practice and being able to identify relevant opportunities for our clients
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience at an agency or comparable social marketing role, managing social channels, developing social strategy and ideating/creating social content (primarily static and short/long form video)
- Entertainment industry experience and a passion for cultivating fandoms on social
- Proven ability for storytelling, whether for a brand or campaign, and aligning this to an audience-first approach
- Deep knowledge of the social media industry, platforms and best practices
- A comprehensive understanding of native platform analytics such as Meta Business Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok and X, and social media listening tools (i.e Meltwater)
- Content creation skills a plus, through native social tools and apps
- Familiarity with paid social strategies, including audience targeting and ad optimization, is beneficial but not required
- On the pulse with trends, pop-culture moments and internet culture
- Experience liaising and developing relationships with clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and intuitive, with strong organisational skills and ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
- A team player but also able to work independently

Additional Information
We offer hybrid working with 2 x days working from the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 3 x days from home
