My client is a leading charity retailer. They currently have an exciting opportunity to join them in the position of Home Retail Store Manager for their store based in Dundee
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take responsibility for the management of the Dundee Shop, volunteers and customer services ensuring best representation of the charity on the high street.
You will take responsibility for the line management, motivation and performance of staff and volunteers, being a firm but enabling leader who sparks enthusiasm and performance. You will maximise revenue using your commercial flair, ensuring the operational costs of the shop are covered and a profit contribution is generated
Store Manager- Experience Required:
- Previous Retail Store management/ Supervisory experience ideally within retail.
- Experience of EPOS systems and Gift Aid.
- Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing volunteers.
- Experience of leading and line managing others to develop and grow, building and maintaining a high performing team culture.
- Energy, drive and a positive can-do attitude.
