My client, a London-based global firm working with some of the world’s leading businesses, is currently recruiting a Recruitment Specialist to join their first-class Recruitment team on a permanent basis.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the Fee Earner population, recruiting roles from NQ through to Senior Associate, working with the Senior Recruitment Manager to support the strategic recruitment needs of the business.
The key duties will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specific support departments
- Driving candidate attraction and building talent pools and pipelines using sourcing methods, ensuring these are in line with business requirements
- Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop and deliver a resourcing strategy for support recruitment, with a particular focus on direct sourcing
- Manage the day-to-day agency relationships and performance review process
- Provide recruitment advice and guidance to Line Managers and HR Business teams
- Managing the recruitment agency performance review process and the salary survey review
- Advising and updating Line Managers and HR Business teams on recruitment and market intelligence
- Producing resourcing MI and other reports on a regular basis to ensure relevant Managers are up to date
- Working closely with the recruitment administration team in Belfast
- Supporting on strategic recruitment initiatives including development of employer brand
The Recruiting Specialist must have previous experience in leading and managing Fee Earner recruitment campaigns. You will be able to demonstrate success in implementing sourcing methods and development of talent pipelines, resulting in a decrease of recruitment costs. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong judgement to be able to effectively influence senior members including Partners. Experience of using online candidate applicant tracking systems is essential, ideally Kenexa.
