The team behind the brand is just as impressive! One of the Founders is a prominent industry figure with a wealth of experience in bar management, bringing invaluable insights into what works. Their vision is captivating, and their enthusiasm is contagious. In recent years, they have achieved significant growth, moved away from a sales agency model and now securing major placements not only across the UK but also internationally, including Off-Trade Grocery, On-Trade RTM and National On-Trade customers.

Based in London with a dispersed team across the UK, this role is London focused, with the flexibility for someone based just outside of M25. So what’s the role??
As London Sales Manager you will have full ownership of London from RTM to +7 site accounts. This brand needs an enthusiastic and driven On-Trade specialist who has key contacts in the London market. You’ll need to be commercially minded, customer-focused and knowledgeable in the Drinks sector. BDM headcount investment into London is hot on this business's radar, they will be your direct reports and support on future growth.
As the new London Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for –
- Develop London On-Trade Sales Strategy to maintain and develop sales opportunities and increase profitability.
- Maintain key RTM customer relationships including – Venus, Amathus, Hills, Entroia and Champers.
- Develop and manage key London Groups (+7 venues), winning the brand in the hearts and minds of key stakeholders.
- Manage future BDM direct reports.
- Living and breathing the brand.
You will be/have –
- Current Key Account Manager in London ready to step up!
- Solid connections within the On-trade.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and people skills.
- Full of enthusiasm and passion for the Drinks industry.
- Commercially strong with the ability to strategise and utilise data category.
