Account Manager - AdTech
Salary range from £30,000 to £35,000
London – Flexible working offered. Completely up to you how often you come into the office
We have partnered with an exciting start up that is looking to hire their first Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a business as one of their first hires.
Founded by two industry leaders, you’d get access and support from day one from the senior leadership team meaning that whoever joins in this role, has a great chance of progressing their career quickly.
The primary role of this new account manager will be to support the sales team in building attractive, detailed and compelling responses to briefs, liaise with their partners to activate campaigns, report on progress and campaign optimization.
The role:
- Main point of contact for key accounts, resolving any client issues in a timely manner, and driving the day to day business forward.
- Develops account strategy that will maximize the amount of advertiser spend
- Partner closer with the sales department and manage all relationships post sales
- Consults to understand clients; business and brand objectives, and develops data-driven analysis to make recommendations to fulfill objectives
Experience:
- Experience in a client-facing role at a media agency or AdTech vendor.
- Demonstrated track record of success in outstanding customer service and analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of digital media
- Be excited about joining an early stage scale up
