They have raised over $20m in investment so far and are now at an exciting stage of growth, so are looking to hire a Customer Experience Marketing Manager to support with client engagement.
What You’ll Get
As a Customer Experience Marketing Manager, you can expect a basic salary of £50-70k depending on experience. They have a super flexible hybrid working model, but you will need to be able to spend at least 1 day a fortnight in the office in London. What You’ll Do
As a Customer Experience Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the CX Marketing Lead to develop and implement customer engagement strategies. This will encompass ensuring a seamless customer onboarding, building retention strategies, and putting together marketing materials to ensure clients are engaged and well-educated on the product. You will build case studies and whitepapers, plan and execute webinars, group meetings, and events, and work closely with other departments to guarantee a great customer experience.
What You’ll Need
As a Customer Experience Marketing Manager, you must have come from a HealthTech/medical background, in a B2B marketing role. Our client needs someone who understands the space they sell into, so this is a key requirement. Ideally this person will come from a HealthTech agency background. You will have a good understanding of developing and executing lower-funnel marketing strategies and will be happy being client-facing. Being a start-up, this person will need to be comfortable wearing a lot of hats and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
