My client, a multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund, market leaders in their space, are looking to make a newly created Talent Director hire.
The newly created hire will take ownership for all talent acquisition at the firm globally, a remit that will now be run centrally in this highly visible, autonomous role. A core focus is to develop overall sourcing strategy / take ownership of talent acquisition strategy, working with senior business heads to evolve how the firm assess talent coming into the firm, whilst striving for a good mix of early talent and senior talent hiring, which extends to overseeing the early talent programme + the development and execution of the lateral talent plan. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they expand their global footprint and build out a best-in-class centralised HR function.
Candidates should have 5-10yrs relevant FS experience in HR, with a specialism / core focus specific to ‘talent’. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisite. There is also a strong focus on academic profile & any additional industry qualifications.
The role has budget to pay the successful hire an attractive increase on current base. A top performer will achieve a significant % of base as a bonus. The firm also offer a top tier pension & healthcare plan + fully subsidised breakfast, lunch and gym.
